Genesis 11:1-4 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.
2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.
3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.
4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
I. Tower of Babel
A. Started by Nimrod
1. not long after the flood
Often we get the ideas they wanted to build a tower that would be tall enough to reach into heaven – into the clouds. But excavation of some of these thru the years reveals that upon the top of them are signs of the zodiac and they were used more for worship and observation. Perhaps they worshipped the celestial bodies as Jeremiah reports (Jer 44:25). Whatever the purpose for the tower it was very displeasing to God – so much so that he scattered them across the earth by confusing their language. The tower was apparently located within or outside the city that they built. God makes an interesting statement about this plan (Gen 11:6). This was the beginning of false worship and perhaps mother-son worship (account of Semiramis, Nimrod’s wife). After the scattering of these people this false worship appeared in multiple countries.
II. One world government
A. They tried to make an OWO
1. one world religion also
This was the beginning of man’s attempt to create a one world order – the devil was behind it. The devil tried to imitate God’s world kingdom only he wants to be the ruler and one worshipped. We see this infection from Babel in Rev 17:5 and it continues down thru the ages. God confused the languages to stop the first OWO but thee infection has not ceased to spread.
III. Road block to OWO
A. Christianity

The founders of America used the Bible and Christian principles to start a nation where God was honored and His ways were the life of a nation – they called it the American experiment. God blessed America and we became great because we were good and God was exalted.
B. Evil men sought power
1. two world wars
Kaiser and WWI then the League of Nations; then WWII and the UN and they thought to form a unity in the world to prevent future world wars – behind it all was the devil.
C. Evil of men worked in America
1. the devil behind it all
Fallen men and women hated the restrictions of God and His laws and soon progressives (clergy and laity) infected the minds and hearts of the populace and soon God, the Bible, prayer was replaced or eliminated and new abominable laws were put in place. Liberals and progressives took over academia and soon from kindergarten to university the foundation of Christianity was replaced by naturalism and evolution.
D. The push to for OWO

The devil is the master puppeteer and he works thru the evil of fallen men and women to work his plans and they do not even know he is behind it all. We see it is intensified by the things going on – the deep state, some secret societies, the UN, the “open border” crowd, international bankers, news & entertainment media, Marxist and socialist groups (BLM and ANTIFA), certain Christian front groups, George Soros funded groups, Anthony Fauci, environmental whackos, some international health agencies (these push for universal vaccines & testing) and more. These are furiously trying to control the world thru fear and intimidation. They do not believe we are capable of making our own decisions.
On Sept 25, 2015 the UN produced a document called, “Transforming our world: The 2030 agenda for Sustainable development”. The preamble calls it a New Universal Agenda”. Its scope includes the universe not just the world, so all nations and governments are included. It states that “all countries . . . will implement this plan.” On Sept 28, 2015 Obama addressed the UN and said, global integration is an agenda that transcends the narrowly defined interests of nation states.’ ((Play CD) On Jan 1, 2016 the document went in to effect. Their master plan is called: “Post 2015 sustainable development goals”. Here are their goals, see if they do not sound like liberals and God-haters of today. Wealth redistribution, government control of all products, reduction in consumption of goods/services, consume less meat, use fewer and smaller vehicles, use less AC at work/home, government control of education, government control of attitudes, religion and values, universal health care/mental health services and sexual/reproductive services.
The plans went into effect years ago – elect the proper people in American government (even rigging elections to get it accomplished), control medical/health care, control media, restrict conservative churches and people, destroy the economy (flood the market with money), establish a police state and control all or as many people groups as possible.
